My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary facilities, but cleanliness could have been better. The service was exceptional, especially when they went out of their way to help us retrieve our forgotten belongings. The location was perfect for exploring Mandawa, although a bit outside the main town. Dining was a delight, with delicious options served on the rooftop. The hotel offers spacious rooms decorated in a traditional style. They are large, very clean, and comfortable, though it would have been helpful if the dimensions were listed on the site to avoid confusion. The staff is located well, courteous, and especially helpful, notably Mr Bunty. The location is perfect for exploring the havelis and other attractions in Mandawa, a little outside of the main town. The dining experience was an absolute delight, particularly on the roof terrace with delicious food. Overall, the facilities are great, offering various services like room service, car hire, and more.
